FAQ ## Questions before you get started What can Creative Lab generate? Creative Lab generates image and video ad assets. A request can include a written brief, a product URL, dimensions, duration for video, and existing or uploaded creatives as visual references. How many reference creatives can I use? An image request can use up to five example creatives. A video request can use one example video. Uploaded references can also be attached when the source is not already in Lemon. Can Lemon resize existing creatives? Yes. AI Image Resizing accepts JPG, PNG, and GIF files up to 10 MB each, including ZIP batches. You can choose custom dimensions, aspect behavior, alignment, and written instructions, then rerun or download individual files or the entire result set. Can generated creatives be uploaded to an ad network? Approved assets can be downloaded or pushed to supported connected ad-network accounts. Video upload requires a connected YouTube account because the destination networks use YouTube-hosted video assets. How are generation credits used? The current metering is 1 credit for an image, 7 credits for an 8-second video, and 0.2 credits for a resize.
